THE STUDIO.

Founder’s Story

Kristina Diaz began her entrepreneurial journey by establishing a marketing solutions business in Asia before expanding her experience through several business ventures across North America. With a background in entrepreneurship, business leadership, and marketing, she later pursued further studies in Business Administration and Game Development.

Recognizing the continued growth of the global gaming industry and the increasing demand for high-quality, creatively driven games, she founded Ryko Studio in Ontario, Canada.

Ryko Studio was created with the belief that successful games require more than technical development. They require a strong creative vision, thoughtful design, disciplined production, and a team that understands both the player experience and the business behind bringing a game to market.

Our Vision

To build Ryko Studio into a globally recognized Canadian game studio that transforms original ideas into memorable interactive experiences.

We combine creativity, technology, compelling storytelling, and thoughtful game design to create worlds players genuinely want to return to.

We envision a studio where developers, artists, designers, and creative thinkers work together to create games with distinct identities while helping independent creators and clients turn ambitious concepts into commercially ready products.

Our Mission

To bring game ideas from concept to market through collaborative, transparent, and quality-focused development.

We combine game development, art direction, UI/UX, technical production, quality assurance, publishing preparation, and marketing support under one coordinated production process.

Whether developing our own intellectual properties or working with clients, we aim to create games that are technically reliable, visually cohesive, enjoyable to play, and prepared for their intended market.

At Ryko Studio, we help build complete game experiences and the foundations for sustainable gaming brands.

PEOPLE.
NOT PIXELS.

Our team brings together game direction, development, environment and character art, animation, UI, technical art, and marketing.
